Cafe collaborates with other organizations

While it is wonderful to receive funding and support for the Cafe and the Food Bank Project, we are also blessed to be able to collaborate with other organizations who support people, as well as delivering to people ourselves. We received a thank you recently from CLPW CiC for the food distributed to them.
“CLPW CIC Community Interest Company would like to give a big thank you to Grace Lockhart from Community Cafe Rhosllanerchrugog for the food parcels donations that have reached 15 Portuguese families!”
Since last July the cafe has been able to support two other organizations. Through connecting with other charities, the number of people supported through the cafe food bank is extended significantly. In these times no-one can be an ‘island’, so the right partnerships at the right times, extend and strengthen the support the cafe can offer. The cafe now is pleased to connect with Vesta specialist family support CiC who support Polish communities, as well as A Heart for All who also support Polish communities and many other people in need.
